About the Event
In this one day taxidermy class, you'll be learning how to skin, prep, and mount a life-size grey squirrel. We'll be going over all the skills to professionally prepare a dry preserved squirrel. While this class is perfect for beginners looking to start a career or hobby in taxidermy, this class is also great for someone looking to further their craft.

Who: Working alongside licensed taxidermist Nicole Baldelli. She is the owner of the businesses Nikki Deerest Novelty Taxidermy and Lone Fox Taxidermy. She has over 6 years of taxidermy experience and a wide range of background with art and animals.
Details: This class welcomes ages 13+ with a signed consent form, please keep in mind we work with sharp objects. All students will be required to sign a consent form to participate in the class also.
What's included: All basic supplies needed to complete your taxidermy piece including professional quality taxidermy form that you will pick out from a catalog. I'll also have some supplies on hand to mount them on and some nature props if you'd like to decorate them. I encourage everyone to get creative and bring whatever props they'd like! We'll also have some light refreshments and water on hand.
Class sizes are limited to 3 students to allow proper social distancing guidelines. Lunch is included in your ticket fee.
We will send you a seperate email upon ticket purchase with the squirrel form catalog so that you can choose your general pose. Please keep an eye out for this email, if you have not received it within 24 hours after ticket purchase, please reach out to us at LoneFoxTaxidermy@gmail.com.
***No animals used for my classes are harmed for the purpose of taxidermy. The squirrels harvested for this class were hunted locally as part of normal pest control. We have put them to use in this training workshop so that they are not wasted.

Refund / Cancellation / Late Policy
There are no refunds for classes. We do allow class transfers for $50. If you have signed up for a class and are not able to attend, please contact us via email at LoneFoxTaxidermy@gmail.com about rescheduling and to pay your transfer fee. Class transfers are only allowed up to 72 hours before the event, if within 72 hours of the event your ticket fee is not refundable or transfereable. The only exception to this is finding another person to take your spot. If you cancel before the 72 hour mark you will receive a 50% refund of the full ticket price. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to the class you will not be allowed to attend. No refunds will be given for no shows and late arrivals. There are no other exceptions to these policies.
