IMPORTANT INFO & FAQ

Refund & Transfer Policy

We do not allow refunds for class fees. If you cannot attend a class please reach out to us as soon as possible. You may use your class fee towards a future class, however you are subject to a $50 transfer fee. We ask that everyone that cannot attend a class please contact us at minimum 72 hours before the class.

We do allow class transfers for an additional $50. Please contact us if you need to transfer for any reason.

Can I have someone attend the class with me/work on a piece together?

Parents, family members, etc who are not paid students are unable to remain in the studio during the class. Each student will work on their own animal, we do not allow more than one person to sign up and work on that same animal together. If you are bringing someone to the class and looking for something to do, all locations are in close proximity to restaurants, antique stores, hiking trails, and many other activities to keep you occupied.

Can you hold a spot?

All spots in the classes are first come first served, we do not hold spots. Please keep in mind class sizes vary depending on location and the amount of tickets available are very limited. Sometimes classes sell out very quickly and some do not.

Do you have a waitlist?

There is no waitlist for class spots that open up. If a spot opens up in a class it will be posted publicly through social media and the tickets will become available on the website for purchase.

What is the age limit for classes?

Students 13 and up are welcome at classes. We do work with sharp objects so please keep this in mind if you are a parent of a teenager that is looking to attend a class. All students are required to sign a consent form to attend the class. Students ages 13-17 will also need a parent or guardian to sign the consent form. There are no exceptions to the age limit.

Do you offer private classes?

I am only offering group classes currently and have no plans to offer private classes in the future.

What types of animals do you offer classes for?

Classes are usually for mice, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, and occasionally coyote shoulder mounts or other small game such as foxes. Classes for wild animals are highly dependent on what is donated to me throughout the year. I do not offer classes for birds.
